Susan Bregman has developed strategies to address changing mobility needs across the country. WIth particular expertise in job-access transportation, she has worked with agencies in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, California, and Texas to develop welfare-to-work transportation plans.

Susan has also focused on creative service strategies in suburban settings in New York, Florida, Texas, Indiana, Delaware, and Virginia. She is currently working with a private developer outside Boston to develop access improvements in support of a transit-oriented development.
